Vision 2030
“It’s very ambitious, but I want to give it,” one of our grandmothers once said about her dreams. We were in a similar situation when we dreamed together in 2023 about the future of the communities in which we operate, about the programs and results of the Way Out. We had bold wishes on difficult topics, which we sometimes did not even understand in depth and could not name them correctly, but we very much wanted to make a shift in the quality of life of forgotten people living on the margins of society. We didn’t want to hear self-affirming statements over and over: “This will never change!” “Nothing will help here!” “It’s not realistic!”…
Vízia 2030We believe that change for the better is possible. We create reality! This vision is our joint painting, a picture of the desired future towards which we decided to move in 2023. The vision summarizes our dreams and hopes, which we want to see in reality as much as possible in 2030. It is a future story that we designed in advance. You can also contribute to the fulfillment of this vision. Thank you.
Omamas, mentors, supervisors, Filip volunteers, Amal volunteers, residents of poor settlements, our donors and fans, as well as coordinators, the organization’s management and the board of Cesta von participated in the creation of this vision. We used the “visioning” method according to the advice of Ari Weinzweig, our friend and co-owner of one of the most inspiring companies in the world, Zingerman’s. The vision was illustrated by Ryan Stiner, who also co-created the Zingermans’ visual style for almost 15 years.
